    How much is posting and packing?

    Standard delivery costs £3.95 and express delivery costs £4.95.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • If you select standard delivery for your order, your order will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
  • If you place your order BEFORE 12.30 pm, your order will be delivered by the end of the next working day. If you order AFTER 12.30 pm, your order will be delivered in the next 2 working days. For example, if you order at 4 pm on Monday your order will arrive on Wednesday. This service is not available to customers in Northern Ireland and Scottish islands

    Do you deliver outside of UK?

    No, we are unable to deliver overseas, the Channel Islands. We do have a number of Peacocks stores outside the UK. Please see our list of stores outside the UK. If you wish to place an order to be delivered to a BFPO address please call 0871 231 3530 and we will gladly place the order for you.

    Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.

    Will you put the parcel somewhere else if I leave a note?

    Although not guaranteed, our courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a specific location if you specify.

    Can someone else sign for my delivery?

    Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

    Can I track my order?

    If you contact our customer service team on 0871 231 3530 or e-mail them at onlineenquiries@peacocks.co.uk, they will be able to tell you where your order is.
