    What is your store returns policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, simply return it to us, in its original condition with your receipt within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
    If you do not have your receipt, we will be happy to exchange your purchase with a Peacocks credit voucher to the value of the current selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    How do I return items bought online?

    There are two ways you can make returns:
    1. You can return your purchase in its original condition to any Peacocks store (*except concession stores) within 28 days with your advice note and credit/debit card and we will be happy to offer you a full refund. If you return without your advice note, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit voucher to the value of the current selling price.
    2. Or you can return your purchase to us via a Post Office using the returns slip overleaf but please bear in mind that a charge will be made by the post office for using this service. Please return orders to:

    If you choose to use this method of return, please ask for a free Certificate of Posting as this will contain a unique number, which will help us trace any parcel, which goes astray. Returns will be credited back to your credit/debit card on receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    *A concession store is a Peacocks store located in a Somerfield or Woolworths store.

    Please note we cannot not refund postage and packing unless the goods are faulty.

  • Can you confirm you have received my return?

    We will not confirm that the returned items have been received however, if you do wish to contact us you can do so by contacting our customer service team on 0871 231 3530 or e-mail onlineenquiries@peacocks.co.uk..

    How long will it take for you to refund me?

    Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

    Can I return my order in person to your Warehouse?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to return orders to our warehouse.

    Do I have to pay for the return postage?

    If you choose to return items by post you will have to pay the postage costs however, you can return items to any Peacocks store (*except concession stores) free of charge.
    *A concession store is a Peacocks store located in a Somerfield or Woolworths store.

    Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

    Delivery charges you originally paid to have the order delivered to you are non-refundable.
