We understand that every customer has different requirements and with this in mind we have made provision, where required, to make physical changes in our stores to improve the accessibility for customers with disabilities. We aim to offer an excellent standard of customer service and are embarking on a customer service program where staff will be continually trained to meet the needs of all of our customers. Should for any reason beyond our control there are physical changes that could not be made, our colleagues will be happy to provide personal help and assistance to make your visit to Peacocks as pleasurable as possible. All of our new and refurbished stores are designed with the greatest colour contrast with clearly displayed signage and pricing to assist customers who are visually impaired. At Peacocks we operate an open door policy thereby making access to our stores even more user friendly. All of our customers are important to us and we are working hard to make our stores accessible as we can. We will give detailed access information for each of our stores on this Direct Enquiries website and will update it regularly.
