You can review the status of your order at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of our website and selecting 'Order History'. Alternatively, go to evri.com/track-a-parcel and enter your tracking number.
Can I have items delivered to multiple addresses?
If you would like to have your order sent to separate addresses, you can do so once you are in the Delivery section. Select the "Advanced Delivery" page, where you can apply separate addresses to each item you purchase. Each delivery address will be charged a separate delivery fee.
Additional Delivery Terms and conditions
You will not be allowed to submit an order with items that are out of stock.
If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. You will not be charged for any items that are not sent to you.
Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.
If the dispatch confirmation email is sent to you before 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be collected by the appropriate delivery courier that day. Orders with dispatch confirmation emails sent after these times will be collected by the appropriate delivery courier the next business day.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of areas. Please allow up to seven working days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Our standard delivery service does not require a signature, but our express delivery is recorded and as such requires a signature. Packages that will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.

When you order you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home or work or you can use our Click & Collect service to deliver your goods to a local store of your choice.
You have a variety of options to choose from, when selecting our Click & Collect service.
Standard Click & Collect - FREE on orders over £35 or
£1.99 for orders up to £35Our standard delivery option will generally take between 3-5 working days to arrive at your chosen store. Click & Collect orders up to £35 are subject to a delivery charge of £1.99, however if your order is over £35 in value, this delivery option is FREE.
Express Click & Collect - FREE on orders over £75 or
£2.99 for Express orders up to £75If you are in a hurry to receive your order, then our Express option could be the one for you. Your order will be delivered to a store of your choice within 1-2 working days. The charge for this Express service is £2.99, however if your order is over £75 in value, this delivery option is FREE.

When you visit your chosen store to collect your order, please ensure that you have your order number with you. This can be found on your order confirmation email.
If for any reason you are unable to collect your order, please phone the store to let them know.
Orders placed on or around Bank Holidays may experience increased delivery times. Orders destined for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or the channel islands may experience increased delivery times.
