My Peacocks Club Terms & Conditions
- You may only use your My Peacocks Club account in Peacocks stores or Peacocks concession stores, online at www.peacocks.co.uk, via the Peacocks App or when you call the Peacocks telephone orderline to place an order.
- It is a condition of having a My Peacocks Club account that you provide Peacocks with your contact details. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to become a member of My Peacocks Club and agree that Peacocks can use your personal information to manage and provide you with the My Peacocks Club loyalty programme, create tailored and personalised offers and discounts and contact you with these offers by app push notification, email, phone or SMS where you have not opted out. - The My Peacocks Club scheme is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- When using Staff Discount to make a purchase you can earn My Peacocks Club points, but you cannot use a My Peacocks Club discount voucher at the same time as using Peacocks Staff Discount.
- The benefits of My Peacocks Club are not transferable and can only be used by the My Peacocks Club Member to whom the account is registered.
- To be eligible for any My Peacocks Club Rewards, including the accumulation of Spend and Save points, you must be a valid My Peacocks Club Member at the time of purchase and have identified yourself as such, by presenting your card or by completing our in-store identification and verification process or logging on to 'My Account' online.
- To take advantage of My Peacocks Club promotions, Spend and Save discounts or other My Peacocks Club rewards you must present your My Peacocks Club card in-store at the time of redeeming or be logged into your online account.
- You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Terminate your My Peacocks Club account at any time
- Request more details on how we process your data
- Click the "unsubscribe" link on any marketing email that you receive from us;
- Call Customer Services on 0330 124 2184;
- Go into “My Account” and update your communication preferences.
- On termination of your My Peacocks Club account, any and all benefits accrued will be lost.
- Peacocks may enter into agreements with other companies to offer you additional benefits from your My Peacocks Club membership. If you choose to receive these benefits, we will need to pass your contact details to them.
- If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us by ringing the helpline on 0330 124 2184 and we will disable the card.
- Please notify the helpline on 0330 124 2184 if you change your address or wish to change your details. This can also be done within the Peacocks App. Calls are charged at the National Rate.
- The My Peacocks Club card issued to you remains the property of Peacocks and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
- We can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your My Peacocks Club account and/or revoking any points and discounts accrued if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the My Peacocks Club scheme in any way.
- In the case of dispute, the decision of Peacocks shall be final and binding.
- These terms and conditions don’t affect your Statutory Rights.
- All promotions and mailings are subject to availability.

To exercise your rights:
Spend and Save
- As a My Peacocks Club member you are eligible to earn Spend and Save points on ‘Qualifying Purchases’. A ‘Qualifying Purchase’ is when you spend a minimum of £1 with Peacocks, excluding the purchase of any of the following:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Delivery charges
- Subscription fees for any additional services provided by Peacocks
- Carrier Bags
- Charity Donations
- For each and every whole £1 you spend, after any other discounts have been applied and on any ‘Qualifying Purchase’ at Peacocks, you will be awarded 1 Spend and Save point. For example, if you spend up to £0.99, you will not receive any points; if you spend £1 and you will receive 1 Spend and Save point. If you spend £10 you will receive 10 Spend and Save Points.
- 100 Spend and Save points entitles you to a discount of 10% off ‘Qualifying Purchases’ on your next transaction. These discount vouchers are generated once you hit 100 points. All points are added to your account after the point of purchase and visible within your account up to 24 hours after the transaction was made to earn the points.
- Spend and Save Points are rounded down to the nearest pound at the point of purchase. For example if you spend £8.50 you will receive 8 Spend and Save Points. If you then refund a transaction with the value of £8.50 you will have 8 Spend and Save Points taken from your account.
- Only 1 Spend and Save discount voucher can be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers and codes. Item’s eligible for this discount can be subject to change.
- When you have an available Spend and Save discount, you can redeem this by logging into the Peacocks App and clicking the “Apply” button in the Rewards Page.
- You can also redeem in-store: let a member of our team know when you’re at the till and remember to have your My Peacocks Club card with you.
- To view your points balance online, earn points and be able to redeem your My Peacocks Club promotions, Spend and Save discounts and other discounts, you must first create an online account at www.peacocks.co.uk or via the Peacocks App and be logged in when you checkout.
- When any or all items are returned from a transaction where Spend and Save points were earned, 1 Spend and Save point will be deducted for every whole £1 refunded.
- Where a Spend and Save voucher was redeemed and a 10% discount applied, the 100 points will not be refunded.
- When you choose to exchange item(s) purchased using your Spend and Save discount, the discount will be reapplied to the same number of replacement item(s).
- From the point of purchase, Spend and Save points will be valid for duration of 12 months. Spend and Save vouchers will have individual expiries once generated.
- If your card is lost or stolen or you need to update any of your details, please let us know by:
- Emailing customercare@peacocks.co.uk;
- Visiting any UK Peacocks store; or
- Calling Customer Services on 0330 124 2184.
- My Peacocks Club points are non transferable, they do not have any monetary value and will automatically be void on the death of the My Peacocks Club Member.
- These rules may be amended from time to time without notice, the My Peacocks Club may be discontinued at any time without notice and any points accumulated at that point may become void.
